Wildlife photography and film

We have a well-established wildlife film and photographic centre at our headquarters near Launceston in Devon. As well as the other listed species described elsewhere, we keep tame groups or individual badgers, North American mink, water shrews, polecats, pine martens, red foxes, red deer, sika deer and barn, long eared and little owls. A variety of other small mammals, invertebrates, amphibians and reptiles are also generally available and we are fully able to provide or create whatever film sets or background materials – plants, rocks, logs and other substrates – are required for any appropriate setting.

Over the years we have worked on many documentaries from the 3 part series The Burrowers for BBC 2 to other more bespoke pieces of work for Wild Isles. We have a purpose built film studio on site for controlled and dark room work and many themed external enclosures created to mimic a variety of natural habitats.
